oooops, you beat me to it - there have been some developments whilst Samya was away, most notably an idea of the voting, made late due to one owner's tardiness.
Anyway, here's how it all looks (hopefully you can open the attached pdf) so long as I have correctly understood everyone's comments to date - if not, best let me know quickly so I can adjust accordingly - things are still very fluid and getting more muddled by the day, I regret - and also included is a rough idea of an average cost from the quotes gathered to date.
I fully appreciate Susanna's suggestion that a) it should all be done as one price, and b) nothing should go ahead, whatever the cost, unless 100% agreed. Which basically means it'll never get started, because, if we had Agents, they simply do that - lump all together taking the cheapest quote from each works quote received, with no regard whatsoever for competence etc - they then supply three separate total quotes, and again choose the lowest - in the meantime, all tenants are advised in a Section 20 notice (copy attached, but wrongly dated as held up due Flat 5 and needing reissuing after your meeting on 13th) which allows anyone to get their own quotes or advise the Agents to get a costing from someone - all having a 30 day deadline to arrange - which the attached does describe in the notes.
