In the absence of a reply to my letter of 1 April 2016 [midday Friday 8 April] offering to courier over the requested [in your 23 March and 29 March 2016 letter] original invoices and copies to meet your deadline of 8 April 2016 close of play, we are presuming this is not acceptable in this instance.
This does somewhat evidence what we have experienced with Mrs Hillgarth to date as no doubt we will be further chastised for something or other despite our best efforts to oblige.
In the interim it would be appreciated to receive confirmations and apologies for some of the various and untrue accusations which we list below evidencing an incompetence on an industrial scale by Mrs Hillgarth.
The Lessees’ personal Windows repairs being a prime example, as is the constant reference to the non communicating of the Surveyor’s Schedule of Works or indeed the supposed requirement of s.20s for the £2000 agreed contribution, Water Tank and TVSky installations. And most pertinently the references to non postings nor availability of stated relevant documents either emailed or on our website [important relevant documents at the very heart and soul of almost every single one of Mrs Hillgarth’s list of complaints].
As such and until you have progressed our reply with Mrs Hillgarth to ascertain the invalidity of her various accusations against the validity of our replies below we are not willing to entertain further requests for any information from you or Mrs Hillgarth until such time as we receive a satisfactory response, [an admission that she was incorrect on each item as mentioned] as it is ourselves [MHML] it would appear, who are being vilified for no other reason than Mrs Hillgarth’s inability to comprehend replies, facts as stated, explanations and relevant documents as requested and supplied.
We would also advise that until such time as Mrs Hillgarth agrees with written confirmation from your good- self to comply, [and do as her lease clauses direct], with her well documented requirement to do so [includ- ing the attached copy from Dorrington dated 27 November 2006], we consider any further requests from her to be invalid, and we refer her to the clause in her lease which clearly states our actual statutory obligation:
ͅ Schedule 8_pp17 (5)_The Lessor shall procure that there shall be open to inspection by the Lessee during normal working hours during the daytime on reasonable notice in writing at the Lessor’s premises
for a period of six months following the date of the Accountant’s certificate the audited accounts for the preceding Maintenance Year and the Lessor shall further supply to the Lessee a summary of such accounts [we are though quite content to supply photostat copies on any rendezvous despite no obligation]
