Lovely to meet with you and Phoebe for our rendezvous this evening -thankfully you forgot the third recorder..... which at least allows us both to recall what was discussed which I think was as follows:
1_you made mention of how much it had cost you personally to get this far and that we (MHML) should contribute
2_this was later added to by insisting we pay back the monies, or some of, that we (MHML) charged for doing our portions of the works
3_despite showing you your accusation of my alleged illegal panelling without permission in your letter dated 3 March 2017, and me showing you for the second time my planning permission from RTK&C for my paneling, you insisted that it was insufficient. In fact you appeared unaware of both your letter and its accusations.
4_despite showing you references to the Tribunal of your denials on oath of the 23 May 2014 audio clip contents, you still maintained its tampering with and denied you said what is on the tape.
5_despite me sending you a lengthier section of the audio clip at 14.44h today, requesting you to listen to it prior to our rendezvous, you denied receiving it as you had been too busy working...at what exactly? Suggest you do listen before you spend anymore wasted monies on pursuing a downright lie which is your own fault as you well know - as certainly your own family will attest to - to you - or worst still, in court before a judge and barristers who will cross examine you very very thoroughly.
Parfait..... can I ask a favour? Before we rendezvous at 18.30h will you please have a listen to a longer section from our 23 May 2014 meeting (about 50 mins) - might help our resolving our argument...! It’ll come via WE TRANSFER as it’s a big file.... await the email from WE TRANSFER and open it, and download.... then play it - it’s worth doing cherie. x
You appear to believe that the lies you told to Mr Begg which he then relayed to MHML in his letter of 23 March 2016 were true, such as:
a) you and other lessees were denied access to our 2014 Accounts - (dismissed sas a lie in your Witness Statement para 73)
b) using the basement as our office
c) using window repair monies for our benefit
d) using AR Lawrence to refurb my flat
e) making savings to use for additional works not in the schedule of works which was not agreed at our meeting
f) works done by myself and or/MHML were of a poor and DIY quality
g) and as discussed during our rendezvous, you only agreed the lift looked good because you were terrified I might get angry and abusive ....... I know you couldn’t make this up, but it’s true - and you then mention my request that we only meet if a third party is present.... and that’s why I insisted on recording our meeting which I did as the clip attached evidences unless I’ve also tampered with this as well.... .
....but I haven’t! And as you’ll appreciate, Segar was a witness to the meeting’s audio recording, whereas today we only had Phoebe....and the third recorder.....Thank goodness
