Dear Michele,
Following your invitation to meet exactly a week ago on 18th July, I note no reply nor acknowledgement to my subsequent email requesting (following your again insistence of our use of the basement as an office) of the supposed photos you said you have to prove your accusation.
Consequently, in the absence of your acknowledgement nor the photos, I think it fair to consider your accusation to be yet another malicious lie, to add to the other lies you deemed fit to relay to your Solicitor, P.F.C. Begg, and other lessees, namely:
1) MHML denied access to our 2014 accounts when requested by you and other lessees 2) MHML had not fully paid Nigel Brooks (BES Electrics)
3) MHML used lessee Window repair monies for nefarious means
4) MHML rigged voting preferences on interior decor
5) MHML supplied misleading 2014 year end Accounts
6) MHML employed blackmail in pursuit of monies owed
7) MHML denied you a full repayment of monies due to you due to your indebtedness to MHML
8) MHML did not follow correct procedures in your dismissal as a Director
9) and various other accusations such as necessitating you to attend Mitre House in the company of a Policeman, of me wandering around Mitre House in my underwear, having my flat refurbished by AR Lawrence, installing panelling without permission, changing my windows without permission and most pertinently your denial under oath at the First Tier Tribunal at 4.35pm on Monday 26th June 2017 that during our board meeting on 23 May 2014 in the presence of Segar Karupiah and myself you agreed that savings can be made from the AR Lawrence budget of £105,000 to progress works not in the Schedule of Works which, in your words “would make everybody happy”.
I would remind you of your denial: "If you listen carefully there is some music at the very beginning of your recording . Mrs Hillgarth does not recall any music in your flat; this was after all a board meeting . You were doing all the talking – and very quickly - with someone whose accent Mrs Hillgarth does not recognise. You say at one point: “We can do the work anyway we want and no money will be returned to the leaseholders”. Mrs Hillgarth certainly has no recollection of that conversation
and believes it is a fake and/or “doctored” sound clip and/or taken completely out of context.
Whereas your expert witness states something quite different: “There is a very distinctive room tone (a high frequency ring at around 2330Hz) that is only audible while Mrs Hillgarth says the words “and then everybody will be happy” This suggests that this comment was recorded in a different location to the rest of the dialogue.
You will note your initial comment was quite different, namely: “We can do the work anyway we want and no money will be returned to the leaseholders”. Mrs Hillgarth certainly has no recollection of that conversation and believes it is a fake and/or “doctored” sound clip and/or taken completely out of context.
No mention whatsoever of “Well then everybody will be happy” [and not as your expert states....”and then everybody will be happy”. Have another listen to the attached!
If you actually still think the tape was doctored, added to, tampered with and you told the truth on oath at the Tribunal, then I will have you challenged in a court of law so beware and because I know, and Segar knows as he’s a witness, your denial will simply add yet another lie to the list above.
Regarding your raison d’etre for the invitation to meet, namely your demand that MHML reimburse you for your legal and professional costs to date for (in your words) "your four year attempt at uncovering the fraud committed by MHML" and for MHML to repay the fees and costs charged by MHML for the additional works they performed during the 2014 works programme.
You will note that I requested you advise me of exactly how much you were expecting to be reimbursed, but
