You will note that I requested you advise me of exactly how much you were expecting to be reimbursed, but to date, along with the photos of our basement office, you have predictably failed to do so or acknowledge.
I would finally remind you that MHML were totally unaware of any requests for information, accusations or demands until in receipt of your Solicitor’s letter of 23 March 2016.
As you are well aware, the request for documents in this 23 March 2016 letter was, by return, fully agreed to, but that offer, too, remained unacknowledged and subsequently withdrawn until such time as the list of lies above were confirmed as being simply that, malicious untruths.
As regards your obvious substantial costs (from 23 March 2016 and not before) I would advise you that had you simply approached our well documented PRS (Property Redress Scheme) which we had well advertised on all our stationery, demands, emails and on on our website since October 2014 (as was required by UK Government statute), your costs would have amounted to approximately only £90.00 to make your complaint as opposed to approaching a Solicitor. As such any costs you have incurred are not the concern of MHML.
I suggest you copy this to Mr Begg on his return from holiday and desist in making any further demands of MHML as regards your costs or demands of repayments by MHML as they are in former your own fault (costs) and in the latter totally fictitious in light of your admission on the recording (repayments).
