client concur to the two A Very Brief History & The exact train of events since episode one of this soap? just in case you are not actually aware of the actual facts as opposed to hearsay gossip from Mrs Hillgarth and more pertinently your quite obvious lack of due diligence in digesting documents supplied by me to date and an even more obvious disregard for docu- ments in her, as you referred to in your 23 March 2016 letter, voluminous file of correspon- dence. I submit that had you properly perused this voluminosity, if there were such a word, you would not have made the accusations as regards the “savings” etc etc [another example being no meter boxing, nor pigeon holes etc] as opposed to what you did do which was to pick out one or two totally fabricated untruths spread about by your client to other lessees [examples being my flat being renovated as a “benefit in kind” as advised by your client to other lessees etc].
Hence I suggest you read carefully the exact chain of events with references on file [both in mine and your client’s voluminous] if further proof were needed and I am more than happy to pdf over any reference I’ve referred to in any correspondence to date since your letter of 23 March 2016, or any year previously or to any references in this and the following Addendum/Notes including in my reminder: "Correspondence can be (has been) supplied to verify” when and if requested if you doubt or think I cannot prove a single word.
If having read every word in this major analysis of this pathetic affair you still believe that the rubbish you’ve been told by Mrs Hillgarth has any credibility whatsoever you are more stupid than I give you credit for. As regards the “forensics”, you have only raised those in pursuit of your fees which no doubt you’re having trouble getting paid... you’ll get used to it but don’t say you weren’t warned - I can hear her now threatening you with the Legal Ombudsman!
Thank your lucky stars I didn’t, as you inferred, steal £28,000 ‘cos if I had, I’d use it to hire an even better legal team than the best in town I have in mind at present!
And don’t forget to ask Mrs Hillgarth: “HOW DID YOU THINK MHML WERE FUNDING THE NEW LIGHTING?” cos’ that’s the first question your Barrister will ask her!
