ujifilm USA and Fujifilm Canada FInc. have consolidated their US
and Canadian Motion Picture Divisions to form the Fujifilm North American Motion Picture
Group. Effective from April 1, the new organization is headquartered Los Angeles, with offices in New York, Toronto and Vancouver.

Leopard, Camerimage in Poland and Mexico City’s FICCO, Gideon Koppel’s documentary Sleep Furiously opens in many London cin- emas on May 29.
Shot across eight months, the film is set in and around an isolated hill farming community near Aberystwyth, Wales, to which direc- tor/cameraman Koppel has long had family ties.
Working titled The Library Van, Koppel’s film was, in the past 12 months, the opening gala at the Irish Film Institute Documentary Festival and Closing Gala at Magnifi- cent 7 Belgrade, as well as an en- trant in competition at Edinburgh, Festival dei Popoli Florence, Leipzig, Munich and the Era New Horizons Film Festival.
ILDIVO
l Divo, also known as The Extraor- Idinary Life Of Giulio Andreotti, is
a powerful biopic, currently on release in the UK, about an iconic Italian politician who was Prime
Minister three times.
Played by Toni Servillo, Andreotti
- still alive at 90 - also stood trial on 26 occasions for connections to the Mob along with a string of murders and apparent suicides, including that of Roberto Calvi, so-called “God’s banker”, found hanging from London’s Blackfriars Bridge.
