Thank you for your letter of 26th October re: the above ongoing situation with this particular tenant.
I am very sorry and embarrassed that you are again being troubled and yet again misinformed.
Mrs Hillgarth, the tenant of Mitre House SW3 4TP continuing her very same agenda since last we corre- sponded and indeed had a meeting over in June earlier this year, sent an email on 8th September 2016:

You will note she is referring to the year ended 2015 Accounts Summary but requesting the same as she has been pursuing from our year ended 2014 Accounts Summary.
Michele Hillgarth
As was well established at our meeting, her request for documentation from our year ended 2014 Accounts was made well out of the statutory 6 month period. Something, thankfully, she fully admits to in a Witness Statement she signed and dated 10 August 2016.
As such, despite reams of correspondence and multiple further accusations by her and her Solicitor, subse- quent to our meeting, we are still involved in dealing with her constant and irrelevant demands, which this latest communication to you is a perfect example.
