The leaseholders were never consulted and never agreed to the unprofessional and unqualified workmanship which was carried out as so-called "extra work", but at the leaseholder's expense.
(reply) All as explained ad nauseum in correspondence to date.
However you must appreciate that Mr PBC's has been determined to avoid informing the leaseholders as to how their money was spent (including taking legal advice re- garding the RTM) which simply fuels our suspicions that an offense has been commit- ted. You will be kind enough to remind Mr PBC and his two Directors that Mr Christopher Leigh-Pemberton requested on several occasions details of the expendi- ture back in May 2015, which is now a year ago. Unsurprisingly he never received what he had requested. Mr Diego Fortunati requested the same back in December 2015, but on each occasion Mr PBC responded but carefully avoided producing what was asked.
(reply_1) We think not - “Flat 8 - Mr Christopher Leigh-Pemberton requested on several occasions details of the expenditure back in May 2015” -
We have on file one email dated 26 January 2015 and one dated 2 February 2015 re: entryphone - from Mr Christopher Leigh-Pemberton but no further contact. We have no knowledge of any request from Mr Christopher Leigh-Pemberton for documents nor costings at any time. If we are incorrect, please advise with references.
(reply_2) We think not - “Mr Diego Fortunati requested the same back in December 2015, but on each occasion Mr PBC responded but carefully avoided producing what was asked.”
(reply) On 17 December 2015 we were requested by Mr Fortunati for certain information to which we replied on the 17 December by return (our comments in bold):
Dear Diego - as requested. Paul

Please find attached confirmation for the payment of the Service Charge 2016/1 for Flat 9.
I would appreciate if you could provide the following clarifications, in a clear and concise manner, on the Forecast 2015 and Budget 2016:
1. Details of the expenditure for the refurbishment of Mitre House in 2015
there were no major works to speak of in 2015 - I can’t tell you total costs until the 2015 accounts are progressed.
2. Why general repairs have surged from 0 in 2014 to £1,150 in 2016? What do these fees refer too? Who is the supplier we are using?
no general repairs in 2014 as they were all covered by the external/internal works - budget for 2016 takes into consideration the average for other years as general repairs covers everything, drains, fire escape, lift, common parts etc
