Subsequent to Jamil's objection (which was sent to you, but again appears you did not receive on June 2 - copy pdf attached) we have sourced a further quote from Renitori Ltd, a builder known to management, which we're in the process of evaluating prior to advising you of the findings.
If this most recent tender comes in just a little bit cheaper than A&R Lawrence which it looks as though it has done, then there will be no requirement to request of Lessees additional funding.
Before you ask, yes, this new quote is following identical specifications as ALL the other quotes, WADE, A& R Lawrence etc etc - identical - we are just hopeful their prices are a bit cheaper, that's all.

Hopefully you received the Minutes last week (and the reference to MARTA/Richard Farndale) - we didn't hear back despite also advising of Marta's sanitary problems which I sorted hopefully
I was waiting to send documents/final Section 20 notice re: A&R Lawrence to be retained etc once I heard back from you with any other requests - and also awaiting Jamil's comments, now received on his return and attached. Jamil's comments are as I explained at the meeting but will not present a problem as I'm confident we can comply, again as explained at our meeting.
So, as requested at meeting (sent to me from Accountants on day of Board Meeting as advised) - all company docs on file including minutes on attached pdf (not the most recent though as awaiting your comments
