As regards notification, we did speak whilst in France 15 August 2011 and we did discuss Accounts (both the YE2012 and YE2013) in emails. I think you were advised of our meeting to discuss the RTM in emails but of course we hardly expected a reply due to the ongoing RTM business etc. Your solicitors kept insisting on verifications in various letters and emails to which I replied or our lawyers did - you also emailed various references and queries as to our paperwork/documents etc to which I also replied.
All we need do now to finalise everything and get back to normal is for you to pay that RTM invoice - here attached. That would then take care of all outstanding queries/complaints/worries on both sides...! And we can attempt to begin again and get the works done and dusted to everybody's satisfaction.
Don't forget that once Segar's and my Lease extension monies arrive in our Management account (mid August latest), there will be another pay out to all of us of around £3500 meaning we've doubled our investment in the Head Lease in less that 3 years..... not a bad return.
