Better late than never and my sincere apologies as I know just how very annoying it is to await answers to reasonable queries. Believe it or not, half a dozen queries I laid at the door of previous Agents are still awaited, some 5 years old now!
OK, so here we go -
1) what the company bought as fixed assets for £7655
These fixed Assets are basically the cost of the Head Lease and the monies we four Directors spent in legal fees and the actual cost of the Head Lease.
I did send you a couple of emails, plus two more explaining all our costs etc - one of which is attached here so you can check it all. You recall your query over Shareholders Accounts etc - basically this is it, the Assets owned by the company, by all four of us.
2) how the amount of £10,050 in the current account was reached
I think, I hope, you are referring to the Directors' Current Account - if so, it's as above, what we have paid out ourselves so far and are owed it back as on the attached pdf - and all recently reimbursed earlier this year.
3) an explanaPon why Mitre House needs business promoPon for £288,
Well we are a business, not just as regards Mitre House, but as regards making money however we can even if that includes taking on other blocks to manage etc. That promotion of our services and abilities involves a small outlay of promotional material, business cards, stationery, website etc
what the office supplies for £1,079 were for,
As you well know, you received from me two invoices of what I had personally paid for from day one (March 2011 - Dec 31 2012), which was all the office bits and bobs required, paper, ink, toner, reference books etc etc all as outlined in some detail on those two invoices, the second of which, you will recall, you refused to pay, despite my
