Again, as described above, we are a Management Company and as such we do need certain equipment to operate as a Management Company. In this instance we have painting & decoration tools and equipment, electric drills and various tools, floor cleaning equipment, polishers, liquids, paints, thinners etc - all of which, when used professionally by ourselves under certain circumstances, can save a great deal of money over paying outside suppliers to fulfil. As you will recall, a great deal of small works were accomplished by myself and Segar earlier in the year utilising this equipment.
You would hardly expect a publishing company to have no authors, a bordello with no putains or indeed a Management Company with no equipment!
Hopefully the attached pdf does adequately cover the serious bits and saves me yet typing all up for the sixth time.
