CHFA is governed by an 11-member board of directors responsible
for establishing policies that advance CHFA’s mission. They adopt and Cecilia Sanchez de Ortiz
amend bylaws, appoint the executive director, adopt credit policies and Board Chair
credit guidelines for CHFA’s lending programs, and authorize bonds and Co-owner, ConfluenceDenver, LLC
investments to support CHFA’s lending activities.
