SHOW HOME APPROACH: Our goal when building this home was to keep it simple, straightforward, and functional. We used clean lines throughout to craft a modern farmhouse design and comfortable atmosphere. We chose to create a home that in- tegrates indoor and outdoor living into one space. Expansive windows were utilized on the backside of the house to ood the interior spaces with natural light. The covered back porch and deck surround the kitchen, o ering an easy ow from in- side to outside for entertaining. The open layout of the house is maximized with a vaulted ceiling in the main living space, and the kitchen o ers a gathering place for friends and family in the center of the home. The shiplap and light colored walls keep with the traditional farmhouse style and complement the beautiful natural hardwood oors. A large nished attic space is a perfect getaway for the kids and overlooks the main living space to give it the feel of a hayloft. The garage was designed to be a versatile space large enough to suit the needs of any family.
