BUILDER PHILOSOPHY: Our DNA is practical luxury. We translate that into homes and nishes that are comfortable and functional. Our homes and nishes are built around function, which makes them comfortable and therefore luxurious. Like individuals have their own unique personalities, a luxury cus- tom home by Havencrest Homes expresses a distinct personal- ity, too—yours. Havencrest Homes has been building custom homes on Indy’s north side since 2002.
SHOW HOME APPROACH: We created a oor plan that re- ects current oor plan trends and also utilizes the space where people live and function. We eliminated the formal dining room in favor of a “super kitchen,” a comfortable place where everyone congregates. Comfortable banquette seating invites family members to relax in the kitchen and the side kitchen. Plentiful seating and extensive appliances makes it ideal for for- mal and informal entertaining. Although many elements are state-of-the-art, the home is rooted in timeless tradition and dappled with historical elements.
