SHOW HOME APPROACH: By using simple lines on the ex- terior with large windows, we created something a little more contemporary and clean than the normal trend. With the lot selection and home placement, we were able to take advantage of the walk-out basement and obtain privacy from the adjoining houses for the rear of the home. The upper-level covered porch o ers a great space for outdoor entertainment, and the lower level can be opened up, allowing that space to combine indoor and outdoor exibility. The openness of the oor plan re ects that clean and simple idea while providing great functionality and sophisticated details throughout. Selection of the nish materials provides thought, warmth, and texture, giving each space great character.

SHOW HOME APPROACH: Throughout the home we incorpo- rated rich solids in jewel-toned velvets, which are both invigo- rating and sultry. The blend of contemporary fabrics and classic lines are both edgy and welcoming. We began with inspiration from the architecture of the house and looked to the worlds of art, fashion, and design to guide the style. Color, clean lines, and a mix of material are simply harmonious. Masculine touch- es are paired with feminine color and luxurious details such as gold and black metals, providing an intriguing, eclectic atmo- sphere. The overall design can best be described as modern, sensual ambiance. The fabrics are vibrant yet sophisticated, modern yet classic, opulent yet masculine.
