BUILDER PHILOSOPHY: Gollner Homes is a second gen- eration home-building and remodeling business that began in 1962. Mike Gollner continues the tradition of quality construc- tion while bridging new values in home design and function. As one of the few truly custom homebuilders left, Gollner homes are distinctive to discerning families. Gollner works closely with clients to help them achieve their goals as they build their homes. Each home is developed and built according to each family’s style and needs. Mike and Teri Gollner are honored to work so closely with families and watch as a home is completed and life moves in.
SHOW HOME APPROACH: It is exciting to showcase one of our favorite home design styles—the farmhouse. In this home, we have designed spaces for a speci c function while maintain- ing an open concept. We have included a den for retreat from busy family life, work, or rest. We designed a woman’s o ce- and-craft room for business and projects galore. The kitchen opens up into the family room, providing a central gathering space. The lower level is a space created for fun and entertain- ing. The outdoor spaces provide further entertaining areas. We incorporated modern and rustic elements to further de ne the modern farmhouse style.
DESIGNER PHILOSOPHY: Our design philosophy is simple. We strive to create a comfortable environment for families while also providing entertaining areas for guests. We per- sonalize homes to re ect each homeowner’s style and current design trends while keeping timeless design values. Napping porches, dens, o ces and craft rooms are all available and will be customized to meet personal interests and needs. We like to stretch our clients to achieve their ultimate design goals in the home for their life and living.
SHOW HOME APPROACH: In this home, we wanted to achieve an extraordinary design that is both timeless and current. We started with a clear vision for the home’s farmhouse architec- tural style and then added both traditional and contemporary elements to o er a unique look. We combined an underlying neutral palette with striking material and color selections to create interest for visitors while providing a comfortable and functional environment that someone will be thrilled to per- sonalize with their own touches and call home. Our philosophy has been to design spaces with purpose and focus using layers of color, texture, and light to create surroundings that spark desire and inspiration for all.
