JUNE 11TH concluded this year’s First Internet Bank Indy Rama, where six BAGI builders showcased custom homes throughout seven downtown Indianapolis neighborhoods. Over the course of the two weekends, 1,715 people attended the event, providing signi cantly positive feedback to those involved. All builders reported several strong leads for future business, and a few even had multiple sales and deposits put down throughout the two weekends before the event was over!
RESULTS
There was a substantial increase in survey feedback this year, with nearly 19% of attendees participating. 25- 34 year olds were the most-attended age group, making up nearly 30% of all attendees. Women with household incomes between $100,000 and $149,000 remain the largest demographic.
ADVERTISING
Leading up to the event, Indy Rama advertising was in full swing. Indianapolis Monthly featured the planbook in their May issue that was distributed to 40,000 subscribers,
and WTHR ran multiple commercials, online ads,
and an interview with Steve Lains. Combined with word- of-mouth advertising, 55% of attendees reported hearing about the event through WTHR and Indianapolis Monthly.
The event gained additional exposure with the help of
a social media campaign, Haven, Nuvo, and Urban times publication advertising.
