Dress Code
• Volunteers should be appropriately
dressed while representing the FCS
Foundation.
Blue Jeans
• Volunteers should appear groomed and
neatly dressed for their assigned tasks. Flip Flops
Leggings
• Patient support volunteers must wear
closed-toe, non-skid and comfortable Athletic Wear
shoes (sneakers are acceptable).
• Slacks for men/women or a business-like
skirt for women. Capris can be worn if
they are mid-calf length. No short skirts,
blue jeans or leggings/athletic wear.
Slacks
• All volunteers will be issued a blue FCS Name Badge
Foundation volunteer t-shirt, as well as
a name lanyard or name badge. The FCS Foundation
volunteer t-shirt or jacket must be worn
at all times when on duty, along with Shirt/Jacket
a name badge. Personal attire with
advertisements or slogans may not
be worn.
