Membership in the Amercan Legion Auxiliory sh.ll be limited to:
1. Grandmothers, mothers, sisters, spouses, and direct and adopted female descendants of members
Of The Amerk:an Leglon; and,
2. Grandmothers, mothers, sisters, si]ouses. and dlrect and adopted female descendants of all men
and vroit`en who served in either of the following perlods: Aprll 6.19T 7. to November 1 I,1918,
ancl after December 7,1941, who, belng a citizen of the Urlited States at the time Of their entry
thereln served on actlve duty in the amed forces Of any Of the governments associated wlth
the united Scales during eithei eligi.billty perlod§ and died ln the llne Of duty or after honorable
dlscharge: and
3. Grandmothers, mothers, sisters, §pouse=, end direct and adopted female descendants Of all men
and women who were ln the u,S. Armed forces during either of the followirlg perlod5: April
6,1917, to November 1 t.1918, and after December 7,1941, who served on active duty ln the
