I would like to take the time to give kudos and credit to Ettiene for the sterling
job he did on selling our property in record time.

We tasked Ettiene with the impossible: Sell our house as quickly as possible,
for the price we want, because we have an offer in on our dream home that is
subject to the sale of this house. From the initial meeting, Ettiene was
extremely professional, and set very realistic expectations for us. I was very
impressed with his knowledge of the greater Blouberg property market, as
well as the specifics to our neighborhood of Parklands North. He drew the
property valuation report, did his initial viewing, and then did a thorough
analysis of what comparables are currently listed in the market. Based on this,
he provided us with a very realistic price expectation, along with a rough
timeline.

We were so impressed with him, that we gave a sole mandate for 1 month,
something we’d normally never do. He was extremely professional in handling
appointments with prospective buyers. He always made sure to pre-qualify
the buyers, so as to not waste our time. When it came to the physical
viewings, he made us feel very at ease with his strict adherence to COVID19
protocols, and ensuring all prospective buyers viewing the house did the
same. I appreciated the fact that he kept us up to date at all times, without
making a nuisance of himself. We felt fully informed at all stages of the
process.

No less than six days after the property was listed, we received an offer to
purchase for very close to our asking price! Due to Ettiene’s pre-qualification,
Qualifications: this offer was successful and our house was sold. We could not be happier
with the results, and we managed to secure our dream home thanks to
NQF 4 Ettiene.
