MY OBJECTIVE & CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

I am an enthusiastic and dynamic Candidate Non-Principal Property Practitioner who has only just recently started working in the real estate industry and I
could not be more excited about this move. The realization that I will oversee my own employment serves as a driving force behind my commitment to
provide individualized attention to each and every one of my clients.

My job as a Candidate Property Practitioner requires me to spend a large amount of time networking and meeting new people, these individuals come from
all walks of life and have a wide range of criteria when it comes to buying or selling property and I cannot wait to build reliable relationships with each one
of my clients. To ensure that the needs of both the buyers and the sellers are met during any negotiation, I will approach the situation with empathy and a
solid understanding of the property industry on my side of the table.

Bodyboarding, running along the beach and visiting our many breathtaking wine farms are some of my favorite things to do in Cape Town, and luckily for
me, I live just one hundred meters away from one of the most stunning beaches in the city. My interest is sparked by the performing arts and visual arts,
and I like to think of myself as an enthusiastic foodie who gets a kick out of exploring a wide range of restaurants and cuisines from various parts of the
world.
