Bulgogi Pork and
Pineapple Bao Buns
Ingredients Instructions
2 /3 Cup - Ambrosia® Soy Sauce In a large bowl, whisk soy sauce, sugar, sambal oelek, sesame oil
2 ½ Tablespoon - Brown Sugar and ginger. In a resealable plastic bag, combine pork and half of
1 Tablespoon - Huy Fong® Sambal Oelek, plus more for serving marinade, turning to coat meat. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Reserve remaining marinade at room temperature.
3 Teaspoon - Ambrosia® Sesame Oil
Remove pork from marinade. Pat dry. Heat a wok or large heavy
