HOW IMPORTANT IS TO LEARN CUSTOMS AND TRADITIONS FOR KIDS

                We all know that every family has some customs or traditions. The customs and traditions vary from
         family to family.  This essay is to clear such doubts with some questions and answers.
         What are customs or traditions?
         A custom is also called as a tradition for doing things in a common way. It is something which a family does and has
         done it for many years. A custom or a tradition might be from the same country, culture or religion
         Who should follow them?
         Ever family should follow customs and traditions.  Especially if the children follow it through their parents,   they
         can set an example to the next generation.
         How do we follow them?
         We can  follow customs and traditions by spending time with family, speaking in one owns  mother tongue,
         celebrating holidays and traditions with family, dining with family, praying god and visiting temples with family for
         thanking him etc.
         Why should we follow them?
         We should follow customs and traditions to preserve our heritage and identity for our family and country.
         When should we follow them?
         We should follow customs or traditions in our daily life.
         Where are these customs or traditions applied?
         These customs or traditions are applied in a joint family as well as nuclear family whereas in joint family customs
         are common and in nuclear family customs may be different.
         How should an ideal family be?
            •  All the members of a family should be happy.
            •  Parents should be responsible for their children.
            •  All the members of a family should share difficulties and responsibilities with each other.
            •  They should help each other in need.
            •  An ideal family must put love, health and work together.
            •  Members of a family must know about each other.
