invites you on this self-guided, family-friendly tour. Destination offer a chance to meet farmers and learn about their lives, the origins
of local food, and the amazing
soils and systems that sustain our community. Beekeepers teach guests about the importance of pollinators to our food supply and offer tips on what you can do in your own yards to help pollinators.
Kids love spring’s barnyard babies of bunnies, lambs, chicks, dairy goats, piglets and even water buffalo calves.
Food activities include tastings
of honey, cheese, wine, olive oil, jams, juices, etc.. There are plenty
of games and crafts for kids, flower arranging, and more. Many stops will offer snacks, lunches and epic picnic sites. Farm stands will be open for fresh-from-the-source food.
