Does a Cannabis Cultivation Facility belong in an area planned for family housing?
Medical Cannabis Cultivation Facility within an existing 10,972 Sq Ft industrial building - 8am to 5pm 7 days a week, with 10 employees. It would not be open to the public, and a private security service would monitor it 24 hours a day. The existing parking area and employee shipping entrances on the west side of ht building would be fenced and secured
by new exterior lighting and surveillance cameras. This operation would not occupy the second industrial building on this same property at 60 Maxwell Court, Santa Rosa, near West End neighborhood.
Notice is hereby given that a public
hearing will be conducted by the Planning
Commission on Thursday, March 9, 2017,
at or after 4:00 PM, in the City Council
Chamber, City Hall, 100 Santa Rosa
Avenue, Santa Rosa. The purpose of the
public hearing will be to receive public comment and recommendations prior to the Planning Commission acting on the requested application.
The application has been filed by Brandon Levine, Fleuron Inc. Said application(s) and applicable information are on file in Planning and Economic Development, Room 3, City Hall (100 Santa Rosa Avenue), and available for public inspection.
The Department is open: Mon, Tues: 8:00-4:30, Wed: 10:30-4:30, Thurs: 8:00- 4:30, Friday: 8:00-12:00
