   Water Awareness Video Contest
The Russian River Watershed Association is pleased to announce its sixteenth annual Water Awareness Video Contest for local high school students. The topic for this year’s contest is:
“Litter to Zero, Be a Water Hero!”
We’re asking students to help educate the public by creating a public service announcement about how to prevent litter from entering our waterways. Entries can be an individual or group effort and prize awards will be split between the individual(s) who submit the video and the high school they attend.
Entries are due by 5:00 pm
Students may be encouraged to enter this contest as a class project, an extra credit project, or if they have an interest in environmental stewardship, media production, or public awareness.
