                         Subject: Preparation of Budget Proposal for FY 2020
                         Ladies and Gentlemen:

                         Greetings!!!

                         The time for us to exercise our budget power for the Budget year 2020 is at hand. To
                         start with, you are respectfully requested to please sit down with your staff and together
                        think and plan your activities with corresponding budget proposal for Fiscal Year 2020 by
                        filling up the attached forms.

                         1.We are giving you the ceiling. It is up to you to budget the amount for your regular
                            activities in 2020.

                            Plan your activities for January 2020 and fill up Annex A indicating the corresponding
                           expenses for each activity. If in the activity, you need supplies and materials, please
                           write the specific supplies and materials and estimate the corresponding cost of each
                           item.

                        2.After budgeting the given ceiling, please fill up Annex B form for any expansion or
                           new project.

                        3.For capital outlay, we will adopt the proposed unfunded projects in FY 2019 plus the
                           projects proposed for FY 2020 in as much as documents were already prepared and
                           already entered in the TRIP.
                        4.After which, please prepare your Project Procurement Management Plan by filling up
                           the PPMP form basing from the detailed supplies and materials in Annex A and the
                           supplies and materials and Capital outlay projects in Annex B

                        For Campus CEDs, please invite some, if not all, the officers of your CSSG, Alumni and
                        Faculty organizations when you hold your campus budget preparation and please don't
                        forget to document the activity for accreditation purposes.
                        We have scheduled a Budget Planning on February 18-19, 2019, Review Center at 9:00
                        in the morning for the finalization of your budget proposals. Please come with your clerk
                        if you need assistance. Further, please come with the forms already filled up in your
                        laptops with printed copies for editing purposes.

                        The deadline for submission of output is February 19, 2019, 5PM.
