By virtue of the authority vested in me by BP 189 and RA 8292, you are hereby
designated as Director for Finance. As such, you are to function and act on matters
within the jurisdiction of your position for the best interest of the University. Please be
guided always by the University's Five (5) Year Development Plan and the attached
Terms of Reference (TOR) of your office.

This designation will take effect from May 1, 2012 to April 30, 2013 unless sooner
terminated by this office or by competent authority. Being concurrent with your position
as Accountant III, it does not carry any monetary remuneration except those authorized
for the position. Previous issuances contrary to this issuance are hereby revoked.

Please prepare your plans of action.
