By virtue of the authority vested in me by RA 9720 and 8292, you are
hereby designated as University Accountant of the Ifugao State University.

You are hereby instructed to report to the undersigned for instruction
regarding your duties and responsibilities. Specifically, you are to do the
following:
a.Head the accounting unit of the university;
b.Ensure compliance to government accounting and auditing
process/procedures of all fund disbursement by the university;
c.Ensure the proper recording, deposit and utilization of all fund receipts,
revenues or collection;
d.Determine and sign fund/cash availability for all requests, vouchers,
transactions, MOA and other documents;
e.Manage all disbursement of funds received from funding agencies for
project implementations;
f.Prepare and submit fund liquidation and utilization reports to funding
agencies.

Being concurrent with your position as Accountant II, it does not carry any
monetary remuneration except those authorized for the position. This designation
will take effect on September 25, 2012 and will be in effect until terminated by
this office or by competent authority.

Previous designation contrary to this issuance is hereby revoked.
