multifamily ownership experience and a current portfolio
of more than 7,000 units that specializes in the acquisition,

asset management, and repositioning of apartment
properties throughout the Western U.S.

• Kin—a residential housing platform created by Common

and Tishman Speyer to serve city-dwelling families—is

partnering in the conversion process and will manage the
property once the units are turned

• Upon acquisition, Moss & Company will provide property

and construction management services during renovation
