OVERVIEW

Solana 101 is a fully entitled mixed-use coastal infill
project that will integrate 25 multifamily units, 54,850
square feet of office space, and 8,950 square feet of
community-serving retail in Solana Beach, California.
Just one block from the beach and the Cedros Avenue
Design District, the property is prominently positioned
on a coveted two-acre site along Pacific Coast Highway.

Designed by top-ranked architecture firm Gensler and
destined to achieve LEED Gold, the project will span three,
two-story buildings above a podium structure, built with
structural steel and wood framing. Its concept emphasizes
indoor-outdoor experiences filled with natural light,
creating a lively shopping, dining, and living destination
that encompasses the energy of Solana Beach.
