ne day on shift, Lena noticed a customer
slumped over in his car. She immediately called
for supervisors and made them aware of the situation. Because Lena was alert and in tune, we were able to check on the customer and when we received no response, we called 911 for assistance. The customer was a diabetic and had blacked out. We were able to get medical assistance to him promptly because of Lena’s quick reactions. Thank you, Lena, for Doing the Right Thing and helping to save a life.
