was just coming back from maternity leave. To
say big changes were happening to our Store Operations
is an understatement, and Stephanie came back ready
to work and help our community. We received a lot of feedback from Associates and managers that the masks were uncomfortable on their ears due to wearing them for more than eight hours straight. Stephanie took time out of her busy schedule to crochet us mask extenders, so the mask rests on the back of our necks instead of on our ears. This makes the mask easier and more comfortable for us to wear on our shift, while still being safe and protecting our community. Thank you so much, Stephanie, for Doing the Right Thing and helping us get through this hard time more comfortably. You are invaluable and we are so lucky to have you back!
