Special Acknowledgements

I am truly fortunate to have two such friends with exceptional qualities,
who have always been helpful to me while compiling, editing and shaping
this book. They are Avijit Das, Optometrist and Dr Sumitra, BHMS, DMBS,
MD, DOS, B Optom, Dip in Sportvision (UK). Their tireless energies and
strong enthusiasm made this book a reality so fast.
I would also like to acknowledge and thank Mr Sushil Kumar Shaw,
