Recommendations
1. The University may encourage members
of faculty who are not yet holder of
appropriate and relevant graduate
degrees as a faculty development.
2. Monitoring and evaluating the research
studies may be prioritized.
3. Strengthen faculty researches and
publication though in--house seminars
workshops with recognized institutions
and universities locally and globally.
4. Faculty members are encouraged to
produce instructional materials fully enough
to enhance the teaching -learning process of
students for more effective quality institution
5. Syllabi may be properly distributed to
students.
