⮚  Present the Summary of Findings and Recommendations for AREA II (Faculty)
                   during the Level II in terms of:



                   Strengths
                   1.  The University observes the code of ethics of Profession, Code of Ethical Standards
                       for Government officials, employees and students as well, during the duration of
                       accreditation survey visit is observed.
                   2.  The institution has qualified competent, efficient, and effective
                       faculty members with appropriate academic preparation and
                       experience relevant to the programs under survey.
                   3.  The University adopted an institutional Human Resource
                       Development Program in recruiting the most qualified faculty
                       member


                   Areas Needing Improvement

                   1.  There are still faculty members in the program who are not yet graduate degree which are
                       appropriate and relevant to his or her area of specialization.

                   2.  Monitoring and evaluating the research studies are not prioritize

                   3.  Faculty researches do not follow the methodologies and processes of the research
                   4.  Inadequate instructional materials for faculty student is evident

                   5.  Syllabi are not properly updated



                   Recommendations

                   1.  The University may encourage members of faculty who are not yet
                       holder of appropriate and relevant graduate degrees as a faculty
                       development.
                   2.  Monitoring and evaluating the research studies may be prioritized.
                   3.  Strengthen faculty researches and publication though in--house
                       seminars workshops with recognized institutions and universities locally
                       and globally.
                   4.  Faculty members are encouraged to produce instructional materials fully
                       enough to enhance the teaching -learning process of students for more
                       effective quality institution

                   5.  Syllabi may be properly distributed to students.
