Empathy and consideration are crucial to being more
balanced and nuanced with action and conviction.
They are the foundation for service and leadership. Our
youths must understand and appreciate what others
are going through, especially the less fortunate and
the elderly.
This component emphasises dignity and focuses on
strengthening character. The NYAA helps our young
gain the confidence, know-how, and commitment to
serve the know-how through exposure and training.
Learning to communicate with the visually challenged.
