I visited Anchorvale Hawker Centre to try out their
fishball noodles! They were pretty good, and I will
share my experience with everyone! The noodles were
good, with a lot of flavour! The texture of the noodles
was springy and pleasant! The owner had told me the
recipe had been passed down through generations, to
be exact, two generations. The shop owner also shared,
“This shop wasn’t always here; it first started as a small
shop along the street.”
The shop owner thinks that when his frequent customers
go there to buy his food, he feels happy, knowing that
they are loyal customers. With the support of their
friends and family, they feel so glad to continue the shop
and pass it down to the next generation when they get
older. Most customers say their food has a lot of flavours
due to the secret family recipe.
