The differences in performance between nonprofit and for-profit organizations and offering
comparison indicators for different performance aspects. In terms of total financial performance,
for-profit organizations outperform nonprofit organizations, but nonprofits succeed in terms of
price structure. For-profit organizations place a greater emphasis on program quality, staff
qualities, and strategy. In terms of product dimension, no major differences can be found. For-
profits, on the other hand, tend to focus on client categories that are traditionally targeted by
nonprofits. Because the models account for organizational size and resources, the findings
suggest that discrepancies aren't always due to legal structure. Implications: The data suggest
that for-profit companies do not outperform NGOs across the board. Nonprofits should recognize
that for-profits have infiltrated some of their traditional sectors and be more adaptable when
market demand shifts, whereas for-profits should reevaluate their pricing structure.

Nonprofit sports organizations have three governing structures: a board, a governing board,
subcommittees, and one or more committees. The board is in charge of making decisions on
behalf of the council and non-profit sports organizations during a mandate. Subcommittees
concentrate on specialized concerns such as committee technical rules, developing training,
financial management, and human resources or a commercial enterprise smaller business have
