Lentil Bean Chilli& Rice

Method
1.Heat som e oilin a large pan (use a pan
t h a t h a s a lid if p o s s ib le ) . A d d t h e o n io n s , and fry untilsoftand translucent.
2.Startcooking yourrice according to the specific instructions on the packet.
3.Add the garlic,spices and herbs and chopped veg,stirand fry fora few minutes.Keepaneyeonthem sothatthey don’tstick,ifthey do,add a splash of water.
