Quinoa Minestrone Soup

• 3 celery stalks,chopped

100g of curly kale,tough stalks rem oved
• 1courgette,chopped
• 1x 400g chickpea,drained
• 85g quinoa
• 2 tsp balsam ic vinegar
• Saltand pepper
