CODY | EXECUTIVE Q&A WITH CHIEF JASON GAGORIK, WHITEHALL BOROUGH PD
SPRING 2026 BULLETIN
Prevention Talks, Group Tours and Visits, Annual Touch

4. Being a CODY customer since 2019, are you
upgrading to the Pathfinder RMS?
We have been running CODY’s Desktop and Express
platforms for several years and have just completed
our migration over to their web-based Pathfinder
RMS product. Upgrading to Pathfinder was a logical
step to ensure we remain current with technology
and industry standards. As with any software
upgrade or change, there were challenges and a
few obstacles to overcome. Thankfully, the CODY
project managers and support staff were incredibly
receptive and responsive to every question and
concern we had along the way. Our agency was part
of their limited release and, as such, we were on the
platform ahead of many other agencies so learning to
use a new system that was still in development was
both challenging and rewarding – we were part of the
collaboration but also were helping uncover areas
where the system could be enhanced.
5. When issues have arisen, how has CODY
responded to those issues/concerns?
The entire CODY support and project management
teams were very receptive and still keep in touch
to make sure we are successful in our use of the
system. To have an RMS company where you are on
a first name basis with their team members is hard
to find and invaluable. Jacqui Carracappa, Butch
Kilne, and Steve Smith are always available should
an issue arise (even if many of our errors turn out to
be user errors!).
