This session will provide an overview and update
on the content of the quality website developed by PennDOT and ACEC/PA, and an update on PennDOT’s CADD development and UAS efforts to date. Through this five-year initiative, PennDOT’s objective is to transform the agency from a traditional, 2D plan-centric focus to a full digital project-delivery environment,
in which the model is the single source of truth. We
will provide an overview of the strategic plan and the specific implementation plan activities to achieve the desired outcome, and will provide a progress update on current activities, as well as the mentor protégé program and major bridge DBE program status.
