Firms that successfully adopt and embrace this modern workforce have a distinct competitive advantage, but it is not without its challenges. This presentation will discuss the unique workforce dynamics of being a “location of choice” firm. Topics include tax implications of remote/telecommute employees, building a remote culture, best practices for collaboration and connection, developing remote work policies, and benefits of flexible work options.
