Fall Conference Speakers
Tim is a 1965 graduate of St. Pius X High School. He earned a bachelor’s degree from St. Joseph’s University in 1969, and his juris doctorate in 1972 from Villanova University School of Law. He currently resides in North Coventry Township. He and his wife, Carol, have three children, Katherine, Timothy and Elizabeth.
Mike Keiser, PE
Mike graduated from Penn State University with a
Bachelor of Science in engineering in January 1986. He
had a brief career in the oil industry in Farmington, New
Mexico. He started with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation’s Engineering District 8-0 in June 1986, as
a civil engineer trainee. Most of his experience has been in
design, with over nine years as a project manager and over 10 years as district highway design engineer.
Mike was named assistant district executive for Design in PennDOT Engineering District 5-0 in 2010. He returned to District 8-0 in early 2012, after being appointed district executive, and he was named acting deputy secretary for Highway Administration in March 2021.
Cory Knittel
Cory has helped build Skydio’s enterprise sales team over the last three years. Prior to Skydio, Cory worked at Boeing in the Commercial Airplanes business. Cory earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University.
