LEGISLATIVE OUTREACH GROUP

Responsibilities for all members of this Legislative Outreach Group include, but are not limited to:
– Work to educate legislators through various meetings, calls, etc. based on agreed upon topics and talking points and/or ACEC/PA position statements;
– Actively participate in ACEC/PA Legislative Day;
– Actively participate in ACEC legislative conference/meetings; and
– Actively participate in government affairs meetings, calls and updates.
MARKETING

To utilize a community of marketing and business development professionals to identify opportunities to position our member firms for success through client procurement support, education through professional development, and firm advancement through industry benchmarks.
MUNICIPAL SERVICES
Chair: Clayton VanVerth, PE, CBSI – Gibson-Thomas Engineering Co., Inc. Vice Chair: TBD
To foster and build relationships with Pennsylvania’s municipalities; and to identify engineering and planning needs through the development of guides and reports that contain implementation strategies and best practices.
PA TURNPIKE
Chair: Matt Macey, PE – CDR Maguire, Inc.
Vice Chair: David DiGioia, PE – McMahon Associates, Inc.
To engage the engineering industry in furthering the relationship between
the consulting community and the commission through periodic outreach, development of information and resources, and engage the membership to better serve the industry.
