To promote diversity, equity and inclusion within our profession, by encouraging and supporting firms on providing equitable opportunities within our workforce and within the communities we serve.
DRPA/DRJTBC
Chair: Catherine Chia-Calabria, PE – McCormick Taylor, Inc. Vice Chair: Jeffrey Roken, PE – Urban Engineers, Inc.
To provide opportunities for member firms to collaborate with the senior leadership of Delaware River Port Authority (DRPA) and Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission (DRJTBC) to strengthen the business environment for those firms working on DRPA and DRJTBC infrastructure projects.
ENERGY
Chair: Brian Link, PE – Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. Vice Chair: TBD
To develop industry-wide consensus and leadership positions on a wide range of issues important to engineering firms operating in the energy market; to undertake a proactive legislative and regulatory advocacy program; to develop public and private market programs of interest to the membership; and to communicate with the ACEC/PA membership on energy issues that affect their businesses.
ENVIRONMENTAL
Chair: Colleen Meiswich, MS – A.D. Marble & Co., Inc.
Vice Chair: Michael Kenawell – Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson, Inc.
To monitor environmental issues and provide liaison with PA Department of Environmental Protection (PADEP), PA Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (PADCNR) and state and local environmental agencies critical to the success of member firms; to develop programs on current regulatory issues/ interest; and to enhance relationships with these agencies.
