with executives, in-house counsel, and HR professionals to help implement the strategies necessary to achieve their business objectives, while staying in compliance with the ever-growing body of labor and employment laws. When a client’s decisions are challenged before a government agency or in a court of law, Jen assembles the right team to mount a strong defense, without ever losing sight of opportunities for resolution along the way.
Jen provides proactive and reactive legal services to her clients, both in Pennsylvania and throughout the United States. While she provides the day- to-day counseling services that the L&E team provides to clients, a sample
of services Jen provided to clients in the last few years includes internal investigations for clients facing reports of harassment and discrimination, counseling clients through the COVID-19 pandemic, leading collective bargaining negotiations with unions of all sizes, arbitration of discharge and contract interpretation labor disputes, devising strategies for non-union companies facing organizing campaigns, and developing litigation strategies for clients facing employment law claims. She also has provided training on topics such as discriminatory harassment prevention, the Americans with Disabilities Act and the interactive process, administering a Family & Medical Leave Act program, employment law boot camps for HR professionals, social media in employment, and union avoidance training for managers and supervisors.
